At Flexa, we're working to make it as simple as possible for every business to accept digital assets. However, as a regulated business operating in several different jurisdictions and collaborating with many different financial entities, there are certain types of businesses and activities that we simply cannot support right now, and others that we can only support after conducting additional diligence.

This document offers a representative—but not exhaustive—list of the types of businesses that are currently prohibited from using the Flexa platform, as well as the types of activities your business may be engaged in that will require us to conduct additional due diligence before we can offer you our services.

Prohibited businesses

You are not allowed to use Flexa's services in connection with any business, product, service, or activity that:

• Violates any law or government regulation, or promotes the violation of any law or regulation;

• Is fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, or predatory;

• Involves a currency exchange or casa de cambios;

• Involves illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, such as materials used to make or consume controlled substances;

• Involves guns and ammunition; or

• Involves or relates to activities that promote hate, violence, racial or other forms of discriminatory intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime.

Restricted activities

If your business offers or is involved with any of the restricted products, services, or activities listed below, we will need to conduct additional due diligence and approve your business before you may use our services.

• Adult entertainment

• Cannabis

• Donations, charities, and non-profit organizations

• Flammable or combustible substances (including regulated substances such as gasoline, fuel, and other petroleum-based products)

• Gambling (including casinos, online gaming, lottery, games of chance, and fantasy sports leagues)

• Gift cards

• Investments

• Jewelry and other high-value items (such as precious metals)

• Psychics
